Biometric passport

The biometric passport application file consists of the following documents:

•  A copy of the valid consular card
•  A copy of the original passport with a valid residency statement
• Emirates ID copy (Both Sides)
• The application form filled out and signed by the person concerned. Download the form here: Biometric passport
• Original birth certificate S12 (for citizens born in Algeria and residing abroad http://demande12s.interieur.gov.dz)
• 04 recent solar photos, size 4.5 cm x 3.5 cm, regular, coloured, clear with a white background.
• Work certificate or school certificate for the current year for students.
• Passport fees 28 pages: 276 AED in cash. (138 AED in cash for students and minors under 19 years old)
• Passport fees 48 pages: 415 AED in cash
