FAMILY VISA
- Fill the online application form (click here to download) , print and sign it.
- Copy of passport (first two pages) and UAE residence page
- Emirates ID copy (Both Sides).
- For UK citizens must provide two full colored copies of the whole passport.
- No-objection letter from sponsor.
- Proof of relationship with Algerian citizen (marriage certificate or birth certificate).
- Three (03) recent photos (35x45mm, white background).
- The consulate may request more documents (e.g. housing certificate from Algeria)
- Insurance required for Schengen, Canada, Australia, NZ citizens.
Visa Department Timing
The visa office is open from Monday to Thursday, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
Holders of Dubai and the Northern Emirates residence (Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah) who want to apply for an Algerian visa can visit the Consulate General of Algeria in Dubai without an appointment, from Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
Holders of Abu Dhabi residence, Al Ain and western region, are invited to submit their applications
through Embassy of Algeria in Abu Dhabi.
Notes:
Visa applications are accepted Monday to Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
The application form (Click to Download) must be filled, clearly and completely, with photos attached.
Incomplete, unclear, or handwritten forms will be rejected.
Printed photos on the form are not accepted.
The passport must have at least two blank pages and be valid for at least 6 months from the application date.
Apply at least one month before travel.
The consulate may ask for extra documents in some cases.
Press visa applications must be submitted to the Embassy of Algeria in Abu Dhabi www.embabudhabi.mfa.gov.dz.
Collection dates will be set after the application is approved.
Visa fees are paid in cash and depend on the passport nationality, type of visa, duration, and number of entries
Citizens of Schengen countries, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand must provide travel insurance covering their stay in Algeria.
Citizens of Tunisia, Western Sahara, Mauritania, Mali, Malaysia, and Seychelles do not need a visa.
