THE NATIONAL IDENTITY CARD

The Algerian electronic biometric national identification card is requested through the Ministry of the Interior and Local Authorities website dedicated to biometric passport and identification card. And in order to be able to benefit from this service, the Algerian citizen must possess a biometric passport, which is a prerequisite for submitting the application, where the data available in it is used, especially the national identification number and the passport number, which are necessary for submitting the application, as shown in the picture next :

In contrast to the biometric passport, the presence of the applicant is not required, as his information is printed on the national identification card according to the one on his biometric passport.
